A Chick-fil-A customer claims her server poked fun at her lisp while taking her order, but she only realised how far he had taken it when she received her meal.

Joyce, known as @afro_carribean7 online, has taken to TikTok to share how her server at a branch in Detroit, Michigan, America, "did her wrong".

She explained how she visited the chain's drive-thru to place her order through the speaker. After ordering a grilled club sandwich, her server asked for her name to prevent her food from being mixed up with another customer's.

She said on TikTok: "I started talking to the person taking my order and the dude was like 'Ah, that's cute'. I said 'What's cute?' and he said 'You've got a lisp when you talk' and I'm like 'Ok, thanks'.

"He said 'What's your name?' and I said 'Joyce'."

Thinking no more about it, Joyce drove through to the next window to collect her order - but when opening it, she saw her server wrote 'Joyth' to include her lisp.

Thankfully, she was able to see the funny side of things, captioning her video: "Now Chick-fil-A know damn well they wrong for that."

Commenting on her video, which has been viewed almost six million times, one user said: "I have a lisp and this is hilarious to me."

Another user added: "I'm crying, why he eat you up like that."

A third user said: "I have a hidden lisp my sister pointed it out a few days ago and I was ready to throw hands."

One more user added: "He just wanted to distinguish you from the other Joyce."
