The Voice 's celebrity coaches have constantly changed through the years since the show launched in 2011.
The original line-up consisted of Blake Shelton, who is still a judge on the show today, Maroon 5's Adam Levine, Genie In A Bottle singe Christina Aguilera and Forget You star CeeLo Green.
Viewers fell in love with the show's format and their presenter Carson Daly helping the coaches find the next big singing sensation, with the winner being awarded a $100,000 cash prize and a record deal with Universal Music Group.
Javier Colon won the first ever series with the Maroon 5 star as his coach, who went on to win the show with his mentees Jermaine Paul, Cassadee Pope and Danielle Bradbery.

Christina appeared again in season seven, eight and 10 but ultimately left the show in 2016, confessing that she felt the show was an "energy sucker," in her life.
"It became something that I didn’t feel was what I had signed up for in season one," she told Billboard magazine in 2018, shocking fans with her admission. "You realize it’s not about music. It’s about making good TV moments and massaging a story."
Similarly, Adam Levine sparked rumours that there was bad blood behind the scenes on the show when he performed a "half-hearted" performance alongside the other coaches at an Upfront presentation in New York City.

In 2019 he reassured fans that he would "be back soon" and that there was no bad blood, but in 2020, when asked if he'd return, he replied: "No thank you."
Through the years, musicians like Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell Williams, Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas, Ariana Grande and Niall Horan have coached contestants to a stardom similar to their own.
The show's long-standing host Blake announced last year that he would be stepping away from the show, after returning for 23 seasons.
"This show has changed my life in every way for the better and it will always feel like home to me," he said. "It’s been a hell of a ride over these 12 years of chair turns and I want to thank everyone at The Voice from NBC, every producer, the writers, musicians, crew and catering people, you are the best."
