A three-bedroom house has gone on the market for just £100,000 - but would-be buyers have been warned to check the fridge first.
The end-of-terrace home in Hayle, Cornwall seems like an average property at first glance from the roadside.
However inside shows it is in need of a total renovation before it can either be sold on or moved into.
The ceiling in both the bathroom and living room has collapsed and many of the rooms are full of junk including several clocks, Lemsip and half drank Robinson’s juice.
The kitchen will be of particular concern to those considering getting their wallets out.
Dirty casserole dishes can be seen on the side and plates, forever waiting to be washed up, sit on the draining board.
The fridge freezer is rusty and the door is left open and inside can be seen a carton of Alpro oat milk, plus a Fray Bentos and other leftover food.
The house, in is being sold by Millerson estate agents and advertised on Rightmove.
The listing states “This end terrace house is sold as seen.
“We believe the rear two storey elevation is structurally unsafe and likely to require reconstruction.
“The whole property requires clearance and thorough renovation.
“There is a good sized garden at the rear, which backs on to Penpol Sidings and provides potential for parking, or a garage, subject to planning permission.”
Elsewhere inside, in the first bedroom the mattress appears covered in cardboard boxes and rubbish.
In another the bed is completely covered with rubbish, including the box for a slow cooker, discarded clothes and more cardboard.
In the dining room a soft lion toy sits on top of an old fashioned television while more junk sits atop the lone chair.
Elsewhere part of the roof at the back is covered in a tarpaulin and some of the outside wall is crumbling away.
Perhaps would-be buyers renovating the home could have a slice of luck, such as a couple who discovered a Pepsi can from the 1970s while gutting their home which they say could be worth a fortune.
Cassidy Casale and Eton Merritt, both 24, discovered the retro tin while working on the house they bought for 615,000 Canadian dollars (£366,000) in March 2022.
The couple previously hit the headlines after revealing the bizarre items found while renovating the 130-year-old property including 1960s newspapers and even bones.
Fans say their latest find is more unique and could be worth a fortune as they continue with the renovation one year later.
Cassidy and Eton revealed the historic items to their TikTok viewers in a clip which has racked up 13.7 million views and over 748,000 likes.
They said: "There seems to be something new under every room we cut into."
