Shaughna Phillips has had her placenta delivered to her at home following the birth of her daughter last week.
The Love Islander, now 29, received her placenta in the post just a day after her own birthday.
The reality TV star announced the arrival of her daughter Lucia last week, with the newborn now just over a week old.
She took to her Instagram to share the "emotional" placenta delivery.
Sharing a photo of the box it came in, the 2020 Love Island contestant wrote: "Look what's arrived."

"Knowing my placenta kept my little darling healthy and safe for 9 months wow the hormones are real lol, going to sterilise some bottles and then show you what @placentaplus have made me."
Placenta Plus creates placenta encapsulation, which is the process of turning it into a vitamin pill or baby oils.
The company say they have already worked with Rochelle Humes, Coleen Rooney and Amy Childs.
Shaughna welcomed her baby on April 4, having weighted 8lb 8oz.
The media personality announced that she was expecting her first baby in October with boyfriend Billy Webb, sharing the news of her pregnancy with footage of her having an ultrasound scan as well as clips of a positive pregnancy test.
Yet, it has been a tough few months for Shaughna following Billy's arrest.
Shaughna revealed last month that Webb "isn't around" after he was arrested and charged with drug offences in January.
She previously said that people "don't know what to say" to her since the news of Webb's arrest broke - describing the awkward fact as "the elephant in the room".
The former islander celebrated her own birthday on Tuesday and revealed she had just obtained a birth certificate for her newborn daughter.

Shaughna later shared the photo of herself and baby Lucia where she wrote about no longer caring over her appearance.
"Insta is so much easier when you don't care what you look like anymore ".
Shaughna recently spoke about her appearance after sharing photos of herself on a walk and being praised in the comments for being "completely real".
"I can honestly say for the first time in my life I truly realise how you look is the least important thing about you!," she replied to the fan.
"I have never looked so rough but I've also never been this happy and in love in my entire life."
