1000-lb Sisters star Amy Slaton sparked concern amongst fans after telling her sister she would "cut her nipple off" using a pair of scissors for a "breast reduction".
The reality star, 35, made the hilarious comments in a recent episode of the hit-TLC reality programme – while crafting with sibling Amanda.
They were working together to cut a piece of paper on their table at home when Amy blurted out the bizarre statement about the impromptu operation.
"You know, it’s very dangerous to work scissors with no sleep. I’m gonna cut Vanessa’s nip off," she said while smiling down the camera.
Amanda burst into laughter as she helped show star Amy, who is followed by the series alongside their sister Tammy as they continue their weight loss journey.
TOWIE's Chloe Brockett makes cheeky dig at Saffron Lempriere during filming"That would be one hell of a way to get a breast reduction," Amanda quipped at the comment.
Fans quickly flocked to the TV show's Instagram page after a short clip of the side-splitting moment was shared with the network's 1.6million followers.
"I'm glued to this programme," laughed one viewer. While another said: "The show was really good last night, I wish her the best."
A keen Slaton sister fan commented: "I love how you never hear Amy say she can’t do something because of her vision."
It comes after the girls' other sister Tammy Slaton revealed she is "living life to the fullest" after tying the knot with her husband Caleb Willingham.
The loved-up couple met at a food rehabilitation centre and married at a surprise ceremony last year, which was held at the weight loss facility.
At the time, Tammy shared a glimpse of their wedding on TikTok and promised fans a closer look at the special day during season four of her hit TLC reality show.
The 36-year-old has now spilled the beans on married life and admitted she hasn't "felt this good in a long time".
"It was the best day of our lives. There was so much love in the room. I'm thankful that so many family members and our family from the rehab were able to come."
"I haven’t felt this good in a long time. I’ve got a lot more energy. I’m living life to the fullest," Tammy said in a new interview.
