Jennifer Garner has said that she avoids reading stories about her ex husband Ben Affleck or herself since their split
The actress said that she works "really hard" to not engage with any media coverage about the former couple.
Ben and Jennifer were married between 2005 to 2018 and now co-parent their three children together.
The pair have continued to be friends since splitting but the 50-year-old says she prefers not to see their lives online.
She said even if it is a positive story, she tends to try to avoid any media coverage as she prefers keeping her personal life private.

"I just try to forget that I'm out there in any way and the same with anyone I love. I don't need to see anyone in my family made into a meme."
After being asked if she has seen any memes about her ex-husband, she then joked: "Although I'm sure he's quite meme-worthy, yes!"
Jennifer shares her children Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14 and Sam, 11, with her actor ex-husband Ben.
She has now been in a serious relationship with her businessman boyfriend John Miller since 2018.
Meanwhile Ben has gone on to marry singer and actress Jennifer Lopez, 53, last year.
They rekindled their romance 20 years after they were originally engaged.
J-Lo and Ben first met on the set of the movie flop Gigli back in 2001 and Ben popped the question the following year.
At first, they postponed what was supposed to be their wedding in 2003 due to "excessive media attention", they stayed together for a few more months before confirming they had split in a statement released in early 2004.
After that, they went on to marry other people but found their way back to each other.
