This is the incredible moment a drunk man falls from the 19th FLOOR and lands on a parked car - before standing up and SINGING as he was rushed to hospital.
The 40-year-old man, identified only by his first name Arthur, said he had been standing on the balcony of the property above when he lost his balance and fell, according to local media.
He had apparently wandered into the property where he did not live after drinking heavily and eating an apple, and had ended up on the balcony where he sat for some time before falling.
He reportedly told medics he had been trying to drown his sorrows after being dumped by his girlfriend.

Ambulance staff said he continued singing all the way to the hospital.
People who were standing nearby in the first video are seen touching their heads in horror following the crash.
But a second video which shows the arrival of rescue workers shows the man seemingly almost unharmed as he is pulled from the completely wrecked Nissan X-Trail.
The first video shows the scene just before the accident with the parked cars below the building on Kolesnichenko Street in the city of Voronezh, in southwestern Russia on Tuesday, 4th April.
Then suddenly, with incredible speed, the body of the man comes plunging from above. He then hits the car with such force that the alarm also goes off on neighbouring cars which were showered with debris.
The car was wrecked but the man was uninjured. He then stood up and started singing (CEN)

After being taken to the emergency ward, medics decided to keep him in after diagnosing that he was suffering from concussion and a compressed fracture of the spine.
Legal experts, meanwhile have warned that if the man jumped deliberately, he will be responsible for the damage to the car, although, if he accidentally fell it would have to be covered by the owner's insurance.
