It's been six years since Harley Judge entered the Love Island villa looking for love, but fans would be hard-pressed to recognise him now after his bodybuilder transformation.
Having initially described himself as a 'Ken Doll' when he made his debut on reality TV, Harley sported a trim physique and a quiff of blond hair.
Now, Harley has bulked out after packing on some serious muscle and describes himself as a personal coach and fitness trainer.
Last year, he shared a startling before and after photos, admitting he himself had "blown [his] mind looking at these pictures".

Harley now boasts a bodybuilder physique (Instagram)Revealing that there was 26 months in between the two photos - from lockdown until July 2022 - he said that he had been "relentless" in grafting for the perfect bodybuilder physique.

He also shared a video of his "evolution", featuring photos of himself pre-Love Island running up to present day.
"From a lad who just trained and learnt from YouTube and websites to competing in my first show & placing/winning multiple shows," he wrote.
"We all start somewhere. What a f***ing journey & we’re not done yet, We are just getting started. I believe this is my purpose."

Yet even in the last eight months Harley has bulked up even more, showing off his bulging biceps, triceps and incredibly muscular legs.
Flexing in the mirror, Harley grinned as he showed off the results of his hard work and defined six-pack.
He captioned the photo: "2 high days back to back saw a tighter & fuller look achieved! Back to normal routine today with some changes made from AJ for the rest of this week. Training day food. Cardio added PM as well now.

In another photo , Harley showed off his quads as he posed for a selfie at the gym.
"A tough few days but that’s the nature of the game. Getting stage lean is not meant to be easy, we are pushing extremes daily," he wrote.

His followers were stunned, with one writing: "You’re a f***ng machine."
