Fans of The View have become convinced two of the panellists are embroiled in a feud following a tense discussion live on air.
Whoopi Goldberg and her co-host Sunny Hostin exchanged heated words during Thursday's episode as they struggled to hide their disagreement.
The View panellists, including Sara Haines and Joy Behar, were discussing Artificial Intelligence (AI) when Whoopi and Sunny become visibly irritated with one another.
The disagreement started when Sunny suggested Tesla cars are AI, a suggestion Whoopi immediately slammed.
Explaining her comments, Sunny said: "That's why I prefaced this with, 'How are you all defining AI?' Because some people define AI that way."

Whoopi said she defined AI as something which "can think for itself", leading Sunny to repeat: "Like a Tesla car."

Sunny attempted to further explain her viewpoint but was interrupted by Whoopi. The actress turned to the crew and threw her hands in the air, saying: "Can someone explain this for her?"
Sunny was visibly irritated by Whoopi's comments and replied: "Well, you don't have to explain it to me."
The pair continued to clash and speak over one another before Sara interrupted and changed the topic.
Fans quickly took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the heated debate.

Another said: "Hmm, kinda tense between Sunny and Whoopi," while a third fan wrote: "Whoopi and Sunny kinda goin' at it!"
Some fans thre their support behind Sunny, with one person tweeting: "I'm glad to see Sunny FINALLY stand up to Whoopi & not take her sh*t."

However, others jumped in to defend Whoopi, with one fan writing: "Sunny, Whoopi's definition of AI is correct your opinion of what defines AI is not correct for a smart machine does not make for an AI."
Another joked: "When is the table going to learn what Whoopi says is gospel. She is right and don't argue."
