Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have reportedly pulled out of buying an eight bedroom mansion worth $64million (£53million).
The reports come despite the couple being spotted meeting with contractors at the incredible Pacific Palisades property, which features an 800-square foot gym, professional media room and game room.
The couple are said to have previously pulled out of buying a cheaper property worth $34.5million (£28million) in the same area.
Its prestigious location is part of an elite neighbourhood where only the richest in society can afford to live.
The latest mansion Jennifer and Ben are thought to have turned down boasts a massive eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the pair have reported to have pulled out of three other properties.

JLo and Ben would have been able to relax in a sprawling pool spa which offers canyon-side views, before warming up at their very own firepit area.

Sources close to the couple told TMZ it is unclear why they've pulled out of the sale, but insisted they are continuing with their property search.
An insider previously told the publication that JLo and Ben had been making frequent visits to the home to look for any changes they wanted to make.
The pair sported casual appearances as they met with contractors at the property, which is situated between the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, earlier this month.

Meanwhile, Ben shares daughters Violet Seraphina and son Samuel with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
