Love Island fans were baffled by Jack Keating's surprise baby announcement on Thursday.
The reality star, who appeared on the show during the summer, recently took to his Instagram to announce the birth of his baby.
Sharing a black-and-white photo of himself cradling his baby, he captioned the post: "Welcome to the world my little [princess emoji]".
He didn't share the name of the newborn in the post.
After hearing the news, fans rushed to the comment section to share their confusion about the timing of the birth.

One user commented on his post: "I know I’m bad at maths, but the math ain’t mathing on this at all!!! Love Island isn’t even 9 months ago yet. I mean I know accidents happen but…."
"I’m so confused. The maths isn’t adding up," one puzzled user said while another added: "Woah have I missed something."
One fan posted: "Ok, I’m confused what? However congratulations I’m super happy for you."
"So did he have a gf when he was in Love Island correct me if I'm wrong it said he was in the villa 8 months ago and a baby takes 9 ?!" another asked.
Jack hasn't posted anything about being in a relationship and it is not known who the mother of his baby is.
Meanwhile, Jack's mother and father were quick to gush over the little on in the comment section.
Singer Ronan Keating wrote: "Little Cutie," along with a heart emoji.
Jack's mum Yvonne Connolly added: "I miss her so much already". She included several heart emojis in her comment.
A comment was also left by Jack's step-mother Storm - who has been married to Ronan since 2015. She took to the comments section to share red heart emojis in response.

He also recently filmed for Dinner Dates on ITV, which comes out this month.
"Filming took a couple of weeks and I met some nice girls and ate some nice food, so it was a full experience," he said of his time on the show.
