Hugh Grant admitted he had "tantrums" and "lashed out" at a stranger on the set of his new movie, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, and compared himself to Christian Bale.
Spending time in Northern Ireland to film for the hotly-anticipated movie, the 62-year-old actor revealed that his stress got the best of him as he confessed to losing his cool on set.
The Golden Globe Award winner admitted to ‘having a couple of tantrums’ during an interview with the Daily Mail.
He said: “I lost my temper with a woman in my eyeline on day one. I assumed she was some executive from the studio who should have known better.

“I did a ‘Christian Bale’,” he quipped, referring to the Batman star who has gained a name for himself on set for having outbursts.
Christian famously once had to apologise for an emotional tantrum on the set of Terminator: Salvation, where he began to rant and rave towards a cinematographer.
The profanity-filled outburst from the set of the Terminator sequel, which was aimed towards the movie’s director of photography, Shane Hurlbut - was leaked.

He called him “the worst guest” to ever appear on his show, adding: “He’s giving everyone s*** the whole time, and he’s a big pain in the a**”.

About once a year, I have a really mega-tantrum, and sadly he witnessed one.”
Meanwhile, in 2020, the Love Actually star even revealed that he had to take a break from acting after his “bad attitude” saw available roles diminishing.
