Saving Private Ryan actor Tom Sizemore has died after suffering a brain aneurysm.
The Hollywood star was rushed to hospital in Los Angeles last month after the serious medical emergency, but has since sadly passed away.
Charles Lago, Tom's manager, broke the news, revealing the actor died on Friday in hospital in California.
He was 61 years old.
Charles told TMZ: "It is with great sadness and sorrow I have to announce that actor Thomas Edward Sizemore (“Tom Sizemore”) aged 61 passed away peacefully in his sleep today at St Joseph’s Hospital Burbank. His Brother Paul and twin boys Jayden and Jagger (17) were at his side."

Charles had previously confirmed that the actor suffered the brain aneurysm on Saturday, February 18 – falling unconscious at around 2am.

Charles informed fans on Monday 20 February: "Today doctors informed his family that there is no further hope and have recommended end of life decision."
"The family is now deciding end of life matters and a further statement will be issued on Wednesday," Charles admitted.
He added: "We are asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time, and they wish to thank everyone for the hundreds of messages of support and prayers that have been received.
"This has been a difficult time for them."
Tom was a huge star in movies spanning several decades with some of his best-known work including Natural Born Killers, Black Hawk Down, Born On The Fourth Of July, and Heat.
Tom suffered a brain aneurysm in February (CBS via Getty Images)His most recent project sees him play a police detective for the science fiction movie Impuratus, with his character becoming a believer in the supernatural after he witnesses the deathbed confession of a Civil War veteran.
He previously told Age Of The Nerd: "I enjoyed the script. It is a terrific leading part. It was a period piece, which was interesting, and I really like the people that were involved."
Tom spoke about being blown away by the movie when he saw an "early cut" of it and that he "can't wait to see the final version with the music all in."

Tom also spoke about his career spanning 30 years in the chat, claiming he owed his success to his "passion for the work."
Tom leaves behind 17-year-old twin sons Jagger and Jayden Sizemore who he shares with Janelle McIntire.
