Jeremy Clarkson might be about to lose his presenting gig on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, but here’s something to cheer him up.
The 62-year-old has been voted the UK’s sexiest man in a new poll by IllicitEncounters, which claims to be the best online dating site for married people.
And he’s not the only unlikely hunk to make the list.
When it comes to politics, former prime minister Boris Johnson was pipped to the post by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenksy, meaning he didn’t make it into the top 10.
While Jeremy took the top spot with an impressive score of 8 out of 10, it begs the question who are the 2,000 women who found him more attractive than Gary Lineker, Mike Tindall and Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds.

The nation’s money guru Martin Lewis was voted fifth sexiest man in the UK in the poll.
He was followed by Dermot O’Leary and Idris Elba, who were both voted joint sixth place.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenksy, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and Pimlico Plumber founder Charlie Mullins – another strange choice – make up the top 10.

Royal Mike Tindall was voted third sexiest man in the UK (PA)The website asked members to score a 50-strong list of this year’s most famous and currently relevant names from 1-10.
The list of 50 names were then broken down into categories across: Celebrity, Politics, Sport and Public Figures before the overall top 10 was revealed.
TV loudmouth Piers Morgan just missed out taking the 17th spot, while poor Prince Harry came bottom of the Public Figures table.
Pimlico Plumbers founder Charlie Mullins was another surprise entry (PA)Commenting on Clarkson’s overall win, IllicitEncounters spokesperson Jessica Leoni said: “With the wax jacket and tweed shirt, clearly, Clarkson’s bad boy farm vibe is working for the over 30s.
“Landing top spot in our table won’t earn him diddly squat, but I’m sure it will give him bragging rights on the farm.”
