Love Island fans believe Claudia may have mouthed a furious remark in response to being chosen to leave the villa by Olivia.
On last night’s show, Olivia and Maxwell were dumped from the Island following a public vote, but were given the opportunity to pick a boy and a girl to leave with them.
They had the opportunity to pick from contestants who were unsafe, including Claudia, Keanan, Rosie, Casey, Tanya and Shaq.
Host Maya Jama told the pair: “You must now choose one girl and one boy from the remaining vulnerable couples to be dumped from the Island tonight. Please go and take a seat to discuss your reasons and to make a decision.”

Having come to an agreement, Olivia said: "This has been a really difficult decision for both of us. Do you keep a couple in that could potentially rebuild a flame?
"Do you keep a boy and a girl that haven't had enough time here? It’s been very difficult to make this decision, there’s so many options we could have gone for."
As she leaned against Maxwell, she ultimately named Keanan and Claudia the next contestants to be sent home.

Claudia then shook her head, smiling with a look of disbelief on her face, as she appeared to mouth “really”.
However, some fans were in two minds over what Claudia had actually said, with one believing she had said “it’s ok”.
Uploading the clip to Twitter, one fan of the show wrote: “I genuinely thought Claudia said 'Really?' But then after she said it’s ok so I’m baffled #loveisland #olivia #claudia.”
