With the ongoing cost of living crisis affecting millions of people across the UK, many households have invested in energy-efficient appliances including the beloved air fryer and portable heaters to keep costs down this winter.

Another money-saving item which has proven to be extremely popular with savvy shoppers this year is a heated clothes airer, with Aldi’s in particular selling out in minutes every time they’ve been online or in store.

A heated clothes airer is not only faster than a regular, non-heated airer, but they use much less energy than a tumble dryer too, with the average clothes airer costing less than 8p an hour to run compared to 30p+ for the tumble dryer.

On top of this, the heat that comes from a clothes airer can also be used to heat up any room in the house, meaning you can save on your heating bills too - so it’s basically a two in one.

With the appliance being so popular, major retailers such as; Aldi, Wilko and Home Bargains seem to be struggling with the demand - however, we’ve searched high and low to bring you the best money-saving heated airers on the market - and they’re all in stock, available to buy now.
