Spencer Matthews has opened up about how he regrets his explosive Made In Chelsea break up scene.
The TV star spoke about his time on the reality show where he was seen as the villain.
One particular scene showed him breaking up with Louise Thompson after admitted he had cheated on her.
The 34-year-old met Louise on Putney Bridge where they ended their relationship in a huge argument.
During the shouting match Spencer said to Louise: "It's very hard to respect you when you allow me to cheat on you."

Talking about the scene in question, Spencer explained on Elizabeth Day's How To Fail podcast that the pair had actually broken up in private the night before and were told to meet the next day by producers.
Spencer and Louise's breakup was on the showSpencer said: "So I had actually broken up with Louise the night before and I told her about the next scene and she came in steaming hot breaking up with me instead and I was like 'this isn't real anymore!'"
The dad-of-three said that at the time he was a heavy drinker and his relationship with Louise was "very toxic".
Spencer added: "You know we're not friends but I have no hard feelings towards her I wish her all the best but it's a shame I yelled at her that way because I feel embarrassed about it. But had I not told her the night before it would have been different.

The star has said that he hates "being known as Spencer from Made In Chelsea" and that he is "ashamed and embarrassed" at the way he acted while on the show.
