He was reportedly accompanied by two women, one blonde and one red-haired, although their identities remain undisclosed.
The sighting has sparked speculation that Andrew could be considering a more permanent life in Southern France. The report acknowledges that the presence of two women is naturally likely to raise questions about Andrew’s relationship with them.
