Adele was treated to a surprise while attending the Grammy Awards, as host Trevor Noah introduced the songstress to her long-time hero Dwayne Johnson at the event.
The South African-born comedian, 38, was performing his opening monologue while making his way through the crowd, stopping at Adele’s table.
Speaking to the 15-time Grammy winner, 34, he said: “The person that Adele has always wanted to meet is Dwayne Johnson. I found out he’s a huge fan of yours, too.”
Adele appeared to be overjoyed in response, before Trevor told the Hello hitmaker that he didn’t have Dwayne “here tonight”, but he did have “someone called The Rock” with him.

She received a big hug from the actor, 50, with Adele left beaming ear-to-ear as the pair kissed each other on the cheek.
The audience applauded as Trevor said: “You two get acquainted, we gotta keep the show moving.”
Adele had previously spoken out about what she would do if she met The Rock in person, admitting that she “would actually cry”.
Speaking to YouTuber Nikkie de Jager in December 2021, Adele said: “I was the biggest wrestling fan when I was younger.

The singer admitted that his wife Lauren Hashian had attended one of her concerts, and that when The Rock sent flowers to one of her performances, she “literally fell off” her chair.
Adele was up for seven awards at the Grammys, which took place in Los Angeles, California, on Sunday night.
Her nominations included Record, Song and Album Of The Year, with her going on to win Best Pop Solo Performance for Easy On Me.
