Passengers have been warned of disruption on the rail network after signalling fault in Suffolk this morning.

Make your coffee extra strong if you’re travelling between Ipswich and Felixstowe today after all train lines were blocked due to a fault with the signalling system.

Greater Anglia trains have been cancelled until further notice, and the company is trying to source rail replacement, National Rail said.

Elsewhere, the London Underground is facing severe delays after the entire Victoria line is closed, along with a partial suspension on the District line between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway.
