Prince William and his children were reportedly spotted at the Taylor Swift Eras concert in London as the US pop star performed for almost 90,000 people at Wembley Stadium on Friday
The Taylor Swift Eras Tour has been taking London by storm, and fans have been enjoying every minute of it.
However, some were left stunned after spotting Prince William among the crowds of people, as he showed off his moves during the star’s jampacked Wembley gig. Taylor Swift hosted an unforgettable night in London in front of star-studded fans, including the Prince of Wales and his children, after the hit singer finally brought her anticipated tour to the capital.
One fan took to social media to share the moment they spotted the Prince standing on a terrace and lipsyncing to the ’Shake it Off’ lyrics. The hilarious video has since garnered over 60,000 views on TikTok and 504 comments. The 42-year-old who shared two sons, Prince George and Prince Louis, and daughter Princess Charlotte with his wife Kate Middleton, is seen sporting a buttoned-down shirt, blazer, and trousers - the same outfit he wore in a photo later uploaded to his official Instagram in which he posed with Taylor alongside George and Charlotte.
The news comes hours after a sweet photo by Kate, was shared on Instagram on Friday the Prince and Princess of Wales’ official Instagram marking Prince William’s birthday. The sweet images feature William and his three kids jumping in the air.
Fans were quick to react to the image with kind messages. One person wrote: "Great family photo, love them. Diana would be so proud of the father William is. He puts family first and that’s what we all should do. Catherine and William are oh so very lovely." Meanwhile, another person penned: "This picture is amazing! Happy birthday to the Prince!"
Prince William wasn’t the only famous face spotted at the event. According to reports, celebrity fans and friends rallied to support Taylor on her milestone moment, including Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan, Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness and model Cara Delevingne. Taylor also received support from her NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce, attending the gig with his brother Jason and their parents.
Back in 2013, Taylor and William appeared to formed a close friendship after performing together on stage at a London fundraising gala with Jon Bon Jovi. The royal family member later opened up about the memorable moment saying: "To this day, I still do not know what came over me," Prince William said at the time about his moment on stage with Swift and Bon Jovi. "Honestly, even now I’m cringing at what happened next, and I don’t understand why I gave in. But frankly, if Taylor Swift looks you in the eye, touches your arm, and says, ’Come with me...’ I got up like a puppy and went, ’Yeah, OK, that seems like a great idea. I’ll follow you."
