Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be forced to put on a 'united front' after recent court cases have seen the Duke defeated but the Duchess triumph.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have both been fighting court battles lately with Harry suffering a defeat at the UK High Court last month over his security and the Home Office's decision to step it down when he left the royal family in 2020. Meanwhile, Meghan has been embroiled in a defamation case from her half-sister Samatha Markle, although the case was dismissed with prejudice in the US this week meaning Samantha can no longer raise the claim again.
Relationship expert Kate Nicolle exclusively told the Mirror: "When one partner has a triumph and the other feels a bit defeated, they can feel jealous - it is only natural. Their confidence has taken a knock, they may start to pull away from their partner, shrink a little bit. It may harder for them to connect with them as they may go into self-critical or self-destructive mode."

But if they can't move past it - maybe there's a greater problem at play."

However for Meghan and Harry, who married in 2018 and share two children together, they will face additional pressures as they continue being heavily in the spotlight. Nicholl continued: "For Megan and Harry, they aren't just navigating a relationship, but a relationship in the spotlight with external pressure and commentary. In this situation, we need to see a united front, with empathy and love in the background to help heal the wounded party and provide them with the confidence to continue to thrive. This is what we're watching out for."

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex only came in at 7%. But despite the Sussexes ranking very low in the new Ipsos poll for The Evening Standard, they did however rank higher than three members of the Royal Family. The couple above were ranked above Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie who ranked 10th and 11th, meanwhile, their father Prince Andrew ranked 12th with just 2% of the general public voting him as their favourite member of the Royal Family.
