Saturday Night Takeaway fans fume over end-of-show shake-up announcement

Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway fans were left unimpressed by a huge show shake-up announcement on Saturday night.

As the latest instalment came to an end, hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly revealed a schedule shake-up for next week, announcing that there would be no episode and the hit ITV show would instead return in two weeks. This is due to the Six Nations Live with the rugby airing from 3:55pm until 10:30pm.

Ant said: "We're not here next week because of the rugby, sorry, but we'll be back in two weeks!", revealing that McFly would be on the show, as well as Maya Jama. Viewers were quick to take to Twitter, now X, to fume about the schedule shake-up.

The challenge involved a celebrity guest changing items in their room and the guest having to guess what was different in a bid to win a prize. However, when Ant and Dec went to one guest in the audience, the audience member was left stunned as they appeared to exclaim: "Oh f**k! Oh, Jesus!"

Viewers were left shocked over the moment as they took to Twitter, now X, to ask whether the guest had swore. One person said: "'Ohh f**k.. ohh Jesus #SaturdayNightTakeaway" with laughing emojis, a different account put: "Did he just swear?? lol #SaturdayNightTakeaway", another wrote: "Saturday night TV.. Later, Ant and Dec addressed the moment, appearing to confirm the guest had sworn, with Dec saying: "Just a little apology if you did hear any language during that, we are very sorry. Live TV and all that, very sorry about all that!"
