Emily is currently in a medical facility in Thousand Oaks, California. She has reportedly not gained consciousness and remains on a ventilator to help her breathe. While police originally said she had suffered cardiac arrest due to a drug overdose, Michael Willis, Emily’s father, has since set the record straight.
Baby boy has spent his life in hospital as doctors are 'scared' to discharge himSpeaking to TMZ, Michael said that toxicology screening came back negative, meaning there were no drugs in Emily’s system when she collapsed. He also revealed that his beloved stepdaughter was seeking help for her substance abuse problem and was staying at a well-known celebrity treatment centre in Malibu for a little more than a week before going into cardiac arrest.
With drugs off the table - what caused Emily to collapse remains a mystery. However, Michael did reveal that the star weighed only 80lbs when she checked into the treatment centre. With a height of 5 ft 4, her BMI was 13.7 - meaning she was dangerously thin. However, it remains unknown whether her weight has played a role in her critical condition.
The actress has enjoyed a successful career in the porn industry since 2017 but has also found herself at the heart of several controversies. The Argentinian-born star previously filed a $5 million defamation lawsuit against her industry rivals Giana Dor and Adria Rae. The lawsuit alleged that the two women falsely accused her of taking part in a social media video that involved sexual relations between her and an animal. The lawsuit was settled privately in 2022 and Adria even issued an apology.
On a GoFundMe page set up by her family asking for donations to help cover medical costs, her dad explains how the star is fighting an "incredibly tough and unforeseen battle" and says she has a long road ahead that will require a lot of care. Explaining how the situation is affecting the family emotionally, physically and financially, the "journey to recovery" plea went on to note why the support would be invaluable to the family.
