Ant McPartlin's ex-wife Lisa Armstrong has shared some cryptic posts on social media which appear to refer to her previous relationship.
Makeup artist Lisa, 47, had a long-term relationship with TV presenter Ant, 48. The former couple were together for a number of years prior to getting married in 2006 and it was announced that they were getting divorced back in 2018.
Since their subsequent divorce, Ant's married Anne-Marie Corbett, 46. Lisa - who has worked on shows like Strictly Come Dancing - had been in a relationship with electrician James Green, 40, but they're said to have split up last year.
Lisa and Ant aren't believed to have remained on good terms since their divorce. And according to OK! magazine, she's recently shared some posts on Instagram that may be referring to their relationship or her split from James.
One shared quote stated: "To everyone who watches my life and gossips about it, don't give up. Season 2 is about to come out." Another cryptic message read: "Finding your people makes you realize there was nothing wrong with you."
Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win players could win UK TV's biggest cash prize everIn yet another post, she mentioned "karma" to her followers on the platform. The post said: "Eight in numerology represents karma. This will be the year where people will be receiving back what they have been putting out."
Lisa also shared a message about people who "tell the truth even when it's hard" and those who "don't respond to negativity". The outlet states that she added three love-heart emojis.
The posts come amid her ex-husband Ant and his presenting partner Dec Donnelly, 48, announcing that they are taking time off from their ITV show Saturday Night Takeaway after the current series to be with their families, as well as to figure out the "next phase" of their careers.
Talking to Flaunt magazine, Ant said: "On a more personal level, part of the reason we're pausing Takeaway is we need a break ourselves, and we need to spend some time with our family. We've both got children that we need to spend time with for a little bit."
He married his wife Anne-Marie in 2021, and she has two children from a previous marriage. Dec has been married to manager Ali Astall, 45, since 2015. The couple have two kids together, with them parents to Isla, five, and Jack, one.
Ant talked about how much family and being together ahead of the new series. He's quoted as having said in an interview: "The shows you grow up on stay with you for the rest of your life. I remember being babysat by my nanna when my mum would go out on a Saturday night and we'd watch Noel's House Party, Game For A Laugh and Blind Date."
He added: "I remember that fondly because she used to love those shows and we used to watch them together." Ant said that Saturday Night Takeaway can be watching by grandparents and children alike. He described it as a "multigenerational watch" and said he feels "privileged" that families come together to watch it.
