Jason Kelce recently ran a 5K for charity and shared videos on social media. The Philadelphia Eagles star took part in Mike's Seafood Run Walk for Autism in New Jersey last weekend.

Fans filmed him as he finished the run at Excursion Park and posed for pictures. A video was posted on social media showing Jason crossing the finish line looking tired and sweaty. Fox Sports captioned the video: "Jason Kelce ran a 5K to raise money for autism".

Kelce retweeted this post on Wednesday and joked: "Ran' is a generous verb for what occurred. But we had a blast."

The charity thanked Jason on Facebook for his support. They posted photos from the fundraiser and wrote: "JASON KELCE WE LOVE YOU! Thanks for coming and supporting!"

Jason has always been keen to help charities. He has worked with the Eagles Autism Foundation every year since he joined the league in 2011. His wife Kylie also volunteers for the foundation and has an official role with Jason's NFL team. She often auctions off items to raise money.

Jason and his younger brother Travis Kelce have both been thinking about how they can help the victims of the sad mass shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade on February 14. The tragic event left one person dead and 23 others injured.

Travis said: "We just wanted to say our hearts go out to all of the victims, their families, Chiefs Kingdom and really all of Kansas City that was there on a day to try to celebrate the community.

Jason added: "It is unfortunate and deeply tragic the events that occurred. We also wanted to thank the local law enforcement that sprang into action and first responders on scene and anybody that has been willing to help those affected by this tragedy."

Since then, Travis has given $100,000 to the family of two children who were hurt at the parade. His girlfriend, Taylor Swift, has also given $150,000.
