The Masked Singer's Bigfoot was delivered a huge blow ahead of the upcoming final.
With just hours left until the final of The Masked Singer, fans will be waiting with bated breath for the big reveal of the ITV show's last remaining performers. Fans are already convinced they know which celebrity is behind the Bigfoot Yeti costume - with many claiming it's Alex Brooker.
Bigfoot has always belted out songs with his leg in a cast, which has led viewers to look to Alex - given his TV show The Last Leg. However, according to bookies, Bigfoot will be heading into the grand finale as the least likely to win the popular singing competition.
The bookies have Piranha priced as the 4/7 favourite to go all the way, with Cricket currently priced at 6/4 to pip Piranha to the post. That means Bigfoot will head into the competition as the ranked 6/1 outsider.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes explained of the show: "Social media detectives reckon they've identified all three finalists, but with just a couple of performances still to go, the odds suggest it'll take something pretty spectacular to stop Piranha being crowned this year's champ."
Corrie's Sue Cleaver says I'm A Celebrity stint helped her to push boundariesMeanwhile, fans have been guessing who's behind the Bigfoot costume. Viewers believe it's The Last Leg star Alex. One clue spotted by fans is that the 39-year-old signed up to play rugby for the Leeds Rhinos Foundation PDRL team, which they think may explain why he recently dropped a hint about rhinos.
The most recent clue was noticed during Friday night's episode of his Channel 4 show. Making a few references to the theories made on social media about him being on The Masked Singer. He told viewers at home: "It can't be [me]. I wouldn't go on the tele dressed as something ridiculous. I know you've been talking about this I just have to say this straight off. Look at me now, I am sweating. I am sweating in here tonight."
Co-host Josh Widdicombe, who already revealed his suspicions Alex was Bigfoot on his podcast Parenting Hell, joked: "Because you're lying." This prompted Alex to reply saying: "Do you really think that I would be able to go in a costume, a massive hairy costume? They'd open it up, there'd be nothing left. It'd be like the end of the Snowman."
The Masked Singer's final airs tonight at 7.20pm on ITV and ITVX.
