A Nebraska woman stabbed a friend who seemingly overstepped her bounds as a houseguest - by commenting on her housekeeping skills.
Authorities from the Lincoln Police Department arrested 24-year-old Tatiana Iniguez after they realized the woman had stabbed her friend who had come to visit.
The victim had come along with Iniguez's cousin to visit the family and was shocked to see the cleanliness of the apartment - especially as there were kids living in the home.
Iniguez became enraged and began attacking her cousin. The cousin said she had been choked and hit repeatedly, and the stabbing victim had to separate the two during the altercation.

Man in 30s dies after being stabbed in park sparking police probeThat's when Iniguez grabbed a large knife and lunged at the woman's face. When police arrived at the house, they noticed dead mice and dog faeces strewn about throughout the house.
Iniguez's cousin had originally called the police just after midnight last Friday, but they weren't able to understand her over the screaming and children yelling in the background.

When Iniguez grabbed the knife, the victim put her hands in front of her face to protect herself, but was allegedly stabbed below the right eye. The cut was an inch-and-a-half long below the eye. The woman also had several defensive wounds on her hands. She was actively bleeding when officers arrived, according to Law and Crime.
The police report noted that the home was indeed messy. They found towels covered in dog faeces, a load of dead mice, and clothes everywhere. Cops arrested Iniguez on aggravated assault and possession of a deadly weapon charges and took her to the Lancaster County Jail on a $25,000 bond. Her mother took custody of the kids.
