Eight months after Phillip Schofield confessed to having an affair with a younger male colleague at ITV, his wife Stephanie Lowe hasn't filed for divorce.
Phillip confirmed that he and Stephanie have no plans to divorce. In an emotional interview following the scandal - in which the This Morning star's affair with a junior colleague came to light - he said: "I have a wonderful marriage." He also expressed gratitude towards Stephanie for being an "incredibly supportive wife".

A source revealed to OK! that despite everything, Stephanie still loves Phillip. "Whatever Phillip has done behind Steph's back, she still loves him," the insider shared last year. "Even if the love they shared in the beginning of their marriage is different to what it is now, the love is still very much there."
The former This Morning host and Stephanie separated when he publicly came out as gay in 2020. However, Phillip was seen wearing his wedding ring when he visited his elderly mum Pat, 87, in Cornwall over the summer. "Steph is, and always will be, Phillip's support system," the source added. "She hasn't divorced him because she doesn't want to see him fall any further."

For Steph, 59, welcoming her husband back might have once seemed unlikely, given how "very angry" she was over his affair. However, a source claimed there is still "friendship" between the two. "Phil has caused his wife a lot of hurt in recent times," they said, "but there's no denying, they still have a great friendship and share a lot of love." Steph met Phillip early in his career when she was a BBC TV production assistant. They have been married for 30 years.
Meanwhile, other reports suggest that Phillip is feeling "triggered" as he watches Holly Willoughby progress in her TV career without him. "He still can't bring himself to watch This Morning," a source told Woman's Own. "It would seem unlikely he is avidly tuning in to watch Holly's return to TV."
