To mark the end of Dry January, one pub chain is offering free pints of Guinness - but you don't have long to claim it.

Flaming Grill, which is part of Greene King, is giving away free Guinness or a Guinness 0% to customers who sign up to their email list before January 26 with the offer running until February 2. Once you sign up, you should receive an email voucher barcode which will allow you to claim.

The voucher can be redeemed at participating venues across the country during regular opening hours. However, Scottish Flaming Grill sites are not offering the deal. You can only use the voucher once - so you can't lend it to your mate once you've got your pint - and it must be shown to the bartender when you place the order.

You also won't be able to use it if you order on the Greene King order and pay app. The offer is only available on Guinness, however, if the the famous Irish stout is not on the tap in your local then you will be offered another similar drink.

Alongside the Guinness offer, Flaming Grill has also brought back its popular "Feed the family" offer this year. Due to its popularity last year, the pub chain brought back the deal and is running it right until March 2. The offer, which is available all day Monday to Friday, includes two adults and two kids meals for just £15 with additional children’s meals available for £2 extra.

Lorraine Collier, marketing controller, said: “We understand that this time of year is always challenging following the Christmas period. We believe it’s more important than ever for us to be able to support our customers and offer parents, families and individuals the opportunity to get the most for their money and feed their families for less.

“Our January offers do just that, providing a variety of options across our Hungry Horse, Farmhouse Inns and Flaming Grill brands, helping to ease the monetary pressures that so many people are facing.”

Flaming Grill is part of the Greene King kingdom having over 140 Flaming Grill locations across the country. Greene King has over 2,700 pubs, restaurants and hotels across England, Wales and Scotland and employs around 40,000 people. Brands under the Greene King umbrella include Farmhouse Inns, Hungry Horse, Chef & Brewer, Greene King Pubs and Inns, Wacky Warehouse and Flaming Grill.
