Gisele Bundchen 's mother has died aged 75, according to reports in Brazil.
Vania Nonnenmacher passed away on Sunday in a hospital in Brazil after a cancer diagnosis. Local reports shared the news was confirmed by a death note shared by Previr Serviços Funerários .
Gisele was one of six daughters Vania shared with husband Valdir Bundchen. Gisele also has a twin called Patricia and other sisters; Rafaeala, Graziela, Gabriela and Raquel.
Vania was a retired banker and previously worked at Banco do Brasil, while her husband Valfir was a university professor.

Brazilian publication G1 reports the wake for Vania will be held today (Sunday) in Porto Alegre, in the Ecumenical Chapel of the Metropolitan Crematorium.
Vania and Gisele featured on the Vogue Brasil cover together in 2019. Gisele is yet to comment publicly on the sad news. Gisele has previously posted of her connection with her mum on social media.
In July 2022, she shared a sweet Instagram post to wish her mum a happy birthday. To mark Vania turning 73, Gisele wrote: "Happy birthday Mom! I am forever grateful for all that you have done and continue to do for us. Thank you for always loving, inspiring and teaching us. Thank you for giving me life! Love you so much!"
Among the images was a snap of the pair with their eyes closed as they embraced and lovingly touched foreheads. Another picture from the reel saw a sweet family snap of the family, including Vania's grandkids. Gisele shares two children, 14-year-old Benjamin, and Vivian, 11, with her ex-husband Tom Brady. The pair were married in 2009 before splitting in 2022.
Elsewhere on Gisele's sweet appreciation post for her mum, there were images of Gisele and Vania from years gone by hugging for the camera.
