Labour MP Rosena Allin-Khan took a swipe at Nadine Dorries during an awkward TV clash.
Dr Allin-Khan could be seen shaking her head at the former Cabinet minister's comments about Tory infighting as they appeared on a panel together on the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg programme. Ms Dorries went on a rant about Business Secretary Kemi Badenoch after she told the programmed that rebels who suggested installing her as PM were just "stirring" and should butt out.
Ms Dorries said: "She is one of those people, so I would suggest that she takes her own advice." She added: "Kemi Badenoch and others, Robert Jenrick and others, what they are out for are themselves. They are not out for the benefit of the individuals in the country and the citizens."
Ms Dorries, a fanatical Boris Johnson supporter, said there have been "years of chaos" since he was ousted, adding: "They are serving themselves and Kemi Badenoch is one of those people, because they want to be both prime minister and leader of the Conservative Party."
Presenter Laura Kuenssberg then turned to Dr Allin-Khan and noted she was shaking her head during the comments. The Labour MP said: "I'm shaking my head because we have a cost of living crisis, people can't feed their children, they can't get to see a doctor and all we've seen for the last 10 minutes is tittle tattle and fighting and bad-mouthing between politicians. The very thing that causes the mistrust."

Ms Dorries interrupted, saying: "Because you don't do that, Rosena, do you?" The Labour MP retorted: "Oh please Nadine. Come on, pipe down."
The presenter tried to move the conversation on, pressing Dr Allin-Khan on feedback from a focus group that suggested voters aren't convinced by Labour's offer. She replied: "You are absolutely right, it made for difficult watching. I would say, 'bring on a general election,' because what we have seen in the North West where I believe the focus groups came from, we have seen three parliamentary by-elections where Labour has increased their majorities... let's take it to the voters."
