The Prince and Princess of Wales are always up for a laugh - and that includes with some very famous faces.
Prince William and Princess Kate had a memorable interaction with Hollywood stars Dame Emma Thompson and Emma Stone a few years ago when they appeared together to discuss plans to host NHS Charities Together and NHS staff at a unique drive-in cinema screening of the Disney film Cruella' at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
While the acting legends revealed a series of behind-the-scenes secrets and joked about their stunning costumes, William had a funny interaction with Emma Stone when she explained exactly how she pulled off a dangerous stunt outside Buckingham Palace.
Speaking to the couple ahead of the special screening, Dame Emma Thompson said: "Wait till you see the clothes, it’s unbelievable."
Then, referring to the Princess of Wales, the actress said "you’re going to want all of Emily's [Emma Stone's] clothes, they're so amazing. Obviously you won’t be able to wear them in public but they're so brilliant."
Kate Middleton swears by £19.99 rosehip oil that helps 'reduce wrinkles & scars'Kate then asked the pair whether or not Cruella was a fun film to shoot, with Emma Stone revealing: "It was so much fun, we were all over London, we were in front of Liberty.
"They transformed Carnaby Street into 70s London which was amazing and then we were in front of Buckingham Palace at one point. I was riding a motorcycle around The Mall."
Prince William joked that "we should have had you stopped, Emma, that's very dangerous!"
The lead actress then added: "I know, I know, I really got away with it, on my motorcycle with a car trailing me around Buckingham Palace in a crazy outfit with make-up streamed down my face and black and white hair, it was insane."

Dame Emma Thompson also had an excellent story to add to the mix about the time she didn’t want to wait in the traffic and decided to travel on the London Underground in her costume as the Baroness.
She revealed: “One day when we were shooting there was a demonstration on in London and our car couldn’t get to where we were shooting in Covent Garden so I said we’ve got to get out and we’ve got to go by Tube.
"I was in a wig and huge make-up, you’ll see my eyelashes, I look like a llama. And we got on the Tube to go to Covent Garden and I thought it’s going to be fine, it’s 9 o’clock Sunday morning, there won’t be anyone on the train.
"It was rammed, rammed and no-one took the slightest bit of notice, they all clearly thought I was a drag act on the way home!"
Another highlight of Prince William’s week-long visit was when he met a flirtatious Scottish great-grandmother who managed to make him blush when she asked him for a kiss.
Kate rules out receiving romantic gift from Prince William on Valentine's DayAs the Prince took a seat at her table 96-year-old Betty said: "It's customary in these parts to give a lady a kiss on the cheek."
William replied: "Oh you are sweet. You'll make me blush." Betty persisted, asking him to give her a peck as William laughed and covered his face in mock embarrassment. He added: "When the rules relax more I will come back and give you a kiss on the cheek Betty."
After speaking to other care home residents and their families he later returned to her table as his oldest admirer tried her luck again. William said: "Betty, I don't know who is flirting more, me or you. Talking to you makes me blush. Is there whisky in your tea Betty?"
Betty clearly made an impression on Prince William as he recalled the sweet moment he was "propositioned" by her during his video call with the two Disney stars.
The Prince told the two actresses: "I got propositioned by a 96-year-old lady called Betty yesterday who wanted to kiss me. She's in a care home with her daughter and I said 'Betty, if I do that I'm going to get slapped on the back of the head for inappropriate social distancing' and she said 'I'll have you afterwards then!'”
