Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has admitted she "burnt out" after her stint on Dancing On Ice.
The Love Island winner appeared on the ITV ice skating competition last year and was left in tears when she became the third celebrity to leave the show. During her stint on the programme, Ekin-Su became known for her sexy routines and even sparked Ofcom complaints with her sequinned catsuit.
The backlash left the reality star in tears and knocked her confidence. Ekin-Su has now reflected on her time on Dancing On Ice, as she confessed she doesn't know how she "juggled everything". She took part in the show just months after coming out of the Love Island villa.

She has recently connected with Davide Sanclimenti again (Dave Benett/Getty Images for Win)Speaking to Spin Genie, Ekin-Su admitted: "I was working seven days a week and had no time for me or my relationship. I was overworked and exhausted. If I hadn’t had so much on during that time, my experience on the show would have been different. I also wouldn’t have let the bad comments get to me."
She added: "I’m stronger now. I was in the habit of Googling myself and I’d let the comments really upset me. Negative comments about my personality or my performance. I can’t believe I cried when I got voted off. I wouldn’t cry now but I was exhausted then. It was all too much.”

Ekin-Su headed to the Maldives with her boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti, who she won Love Island with, after Dancing On Ice. However, Ekin-Su said she didn't enjoy the holiday because she was "burnt out". She added: "I was just so stressed and tired. I look back at photos of me from that time and I have dark circles under my eyes. It was too much and something had to give so I had to walk away from certain things or turn down certain opportunities for me.
"I had to put my mental health first. It’s a balance. When you first come out of the villa, you want to say yes to everything. Now I’ve realised that I need time for me and my personal life.” Back in June last year Davide announced his split from Ekin-Su in a shock statement. "Ekin-Su and I are no longer together," the Italian star penned. "I am grateful for the memories and opportunities we shared together and I wish her nothing but the best.
"I would like for everybody to respect this decision during this difficult time. I will continue to support Ekin in any way possible." However, the pair were spotted on a loved-up walk through Rome last month as they held hands through the Italian city. Davide has even since claimed that they never split as they kept in touch.
He told OK!: "When we 'split' we were still speaking. To be honest, we never really broke up - we were always keeping in touch. But I think looking back now, I think the break helped both of us to understand each other more. We are more understanding of each other."
