A man has been slammed on TikTok after he told customers their groceries were free.
He impersonated a Woolworths staff member and is seen grabbing a microphone in video footage before making the announcement.
The man is filmed on TikTok going down the supermarket aisle in a store in Australia before taking the mic and requesting customers' attention.
He announces: "The refrigeration system is temporarily broken so for the next two minutes, everything in aisle 15 is now free. Thank you."
His cruel prank fooled some people in the store as the video shows some customers rushing to the freezer aisle, taking goods and quickly going to the checkout.

The pranksters then guffawed as customers tried to collect lots of frozen items.
The video uploader"@ashton_ttv described the man as a "straight menace" but it prompted the footage to be watched more than 700,000 times.
A comment section on the social media site was over the prank being funny or simply cruel.
One person said: "Problem is the hard-working people that have to put it back together," one person commented.
But another commenter was certain on which side of the argument they stood and said: "Savage without a doubt.
Others questioned why shoppers were taken in by the jest.
A third wrote: "People believed it is the sad part."
But others enjoyed the impersonator and described the prankster as a 'legend' and a 'menace'.
Woolworths said shoppers would not be fooled by the cruel prank.

The Mirror reported earlier this month how a re-gifter was caught after their mum and sister stumbled across a surprise while on a day out.
Ellie Clarkson and her mum went charity shop shopping four days after Christmas andc were both astounded to see a gift which had been given to Ellie's sister by her mum on December 25.
To seek revenge for the cheeky move, the pair decided to pull a hilarious prank on Ellie's sister, and she posted it to her TikTok - @ellieclarkson3.
In the video, Ellie showed the red handbag her mum had bought for her sister for Christmas - they spied it in their local Sue Ryder store.
Over a picture of the handbag, Ellie wrote: "Hang on, isn't that the bag my mum bought my sister for Christmas dour days ago?"
Then, the prank unfolded as they took pictures of the accessory and decided to get them printed, with Ellie explaining: "So we decided to send her some photos of what she was missing. With a little note."
Ellie can then be seen writing: "Why don't you want me?"
