Love Island's Liberty Poole could be about to send shockwaves through the villa.
It comes after her ex-boyfriend Jake Cornish reportedly decided to walk away after being coupled up with her, as voted by the public. A source claimed Jake was not happy with the decision for him and Liberty to be coupled and he soon realised he wasn't on the hunt for love.
Liberty, 24, and Jake, 26, coupled up during the 2021 series of Love Island. However, in a shocking twist, Liberty decided to end her romance with Jake just days before the series seven final. But experts believe that although they showed no signs of their romance restarting, her eyes could be directed at another hunk.
Leading body language expert Darren Stanton has weighed in on Liberty's appearance after it emerged she had been coupled with Jake. Speaking in partnership with Betfair Slots, he said: "When Jake walked into the villa, Liberty flashed facial expressions of fear. We also saw her say, 'I want a nice boy now,' but when she said those words, she wasn't fully engaged, and I could tell it wasn't authentic.
"I think Liberty is torn between her head and heart. I can tell she's very conflicted with him being in the same villa as her once again. It's clear their memories together are rushing back. However, when Jake came in, he didn't flash any signals of nervousness, and that tells me he has moved on and isn't bothered by being in the same space as her."
Corrie's Sue Cleaver says I'm A Celebrity stint helped her to push boundariesDarren went on to say that Liberty showed signs of "contempt", while Jake didn't and was "going with the flow". He added: "He then said, 'I don't hate the girl,' and Liberty's face was like thunder. She was clearly annoyed by what he had said."
After the pair addressed whether they would rekindle their relationship, Liberty instantly replied "No," while Jake appeared to be undecided. "Liberty wanted to distance herself from Jake," said Darren.
As the end of the first episode approached, viewers were left stunned when it emerged that two bombshells were entering the villa. Callum Jones and Molly Smith who met on the show and spent three years in a relationship split just six months ago and were shocked to see one another.
