Love Island's Shaughna Phillips was living for the dramatic Callum Jones and Molly Smith bombshell.
Like others, Shaughna tuned in to watch the debut episode of All Stars which saw a string of former Islanders head to South Africa in a bid to find love. While some questioned ITV's decision to go ahead with the series, many have been gripped by the concept of former Islanders coming together.
During the final moments of the first episode, reality fans were rocked by the arrival of the two bombshells – who happened to be exes after a three-year relationship and also living together.
Callum and Molly met in the villa back in 2020 and went on to form a relationship but split just six months before flying out for All Stars. It appeared that neither of them was aware of each other taking part due to their shocked reaction – but Shaughna was also left gobsmacked.
The mum-of-one was briefly coupled with bombshell Callum during the first winter series before he dumped her for Molly. Shortly after the scene aired on screens, Shaughna took to Instagram to share her reaction which appeared to be the same as thousands.
Corrie's Sue Cleaver says I'm A Celebrity stint helped her to push boundariesIn view of her 1.4 million followers, Shaughna shared a video clip of her with her hand covering her mouth as she penned: "Everyone right now." Moments after his entrance into the villa, Callum told everyone he had just split up from Molly, whom he had been with since meeting on the show.
However, in a surprise twist, Molly then appeared too and Callum was given the choice to couple up with her or someone else. However, it is not yet known who he decided to couple up with.
But fans believe that their shock reunion could be "rigged" and that the former flames could still be a couple. Taking to social media, one person shared: "I don’t care what anyone says. Molly & Callum have split up purposely to go in for this reason. Been together 3 years and conveniently split 6 months before All Stars airs they're getting paid the bigggggg bucks."
Another added: "It’s giving fake break up so they could both come back on the show, they were just on Aftersun for s10 talking about marriage." Someone else commented: "Callum and Molly know damn well they just broke up to join love island Allstars??? Who they trying to fool?"
