Former Playboy Bunny turned OnlyFans star Hannah Elizabeth is pulling out all the stops as she hopes for another shot at love by returning to Love Island for the All Stars series.
The Scouse bombshell made quite an impression in Series One after finishing runner up with then-boyfriend Jon Clarke, who proposed to her on the show.
Since then Hannah has become a fully-fledged influencer, given birth to her first child and in the last few years launched a lucrative career on adult site OnlyFans selling racy photos and videos.
She has also undergone quite the transformation since she last appeared on screens. Having undergone her first boob job at 20, Hannah Elizabeth has admitted to splashing well over £20,000 in the last ten years to enhance her natural looks.
After bragging about wanting to look like a "Bratz’ doll", Hannah has had several breast augmentations, undergone a nose job in Turkey and gets regular top ups of Botox and filler. As she prepares to return to the villa at the age of 33 - making her the oldest female contestant in the line-up of all stars - Hannah joked "every tweakment you can have done has been sorted' before going in.
Love Island's Haris spills on unaired row between Zara and Tanyel“Hair extensions, colour, I’ve been in the gym. Everything I could have done I’ve done it. New lashes, new nails. I’m as prepped as I could be,” she joked. Hannah added: “I’m from Liverpool so I’m very glitzy. There aren’t a lot of scousers on the show or there haven’t been for a long time, and we are very out there and we aren’t worried about what people think of how we look. Everyone on Instagram has gone very neutral and clean. I just want to bring back Hollywood glamour, the very over the top glamour because that’s what I love."
After wowing in her white bikini for her promo shots, Hannah has promised her suitcase will be bursting with more sexy outfits; most of which she has had handmade especially for her reality TV return. "I’ll be bringing the glamour of this series with plenty of sequins, sparkles and bright colours," she said.
Former Playboy Bunny Hannah, who attended parties in the famous mansion alongside the late mogul Hugh Hefner, also teased that she’s been prepping for the notorious heart rate challenge. The challenge sees contestants attempting to raise each other’s heartbeats with a slew of sexy dance moves and skimpy costumes.
“My best friend owns a strip club and a pole studio so I’ve been to a lot of these classes," said Hannah."I’ve got the confidence when it come to photoshoots and getting the bod out and stuff. I am going to give it my best go and I’ll shake my things," shew explained.
While Hannah is ready to find the love of her life for a second time, the star admits she had one huge reservation about returning. The social media star says she begged ITV bosses to send in men that are closer in age to her to avoid any cougar-drama.
Hannah admitted: "I might get to know someone and end up fancying them, but I’m going in there at 33 and I’ve got a baby so I’m looking for something serious. I can’t get with an 18-year-old. This was a question that I spoke to ITV about and they promised me that there’s going to be all different ages going in there so I’ve just got to pray. It’s been nine years [since my series] it’s absolutely crazy. Some of the people I’m with now could have only been on the show a few months ago."
The mum of one continued: "I won’t go in there mothering anyone that’s not how I roll in a group.I still am going to go in all guns blazing. Being a mum has taught me a lot about priorities. Men aren't the be all and end all in life.” Hannah gave birth to her first child in 2019, after splitting from the baby’s dad, George Andreeti, during her pregnancy. It was her first serious relationship since splitting with Love Island co-star Jon Clarke.
Despite her heartbreak, Hannah says she hopes to return to the series - which launches on ITV and ITV2 this Monday - with no hangovers from her past. She said: “The show is a lot bigger now and it’s grown into this huge thing so I’m trying to go with the mentality I went in the last time without overthinking everything and preparing myself. I’m trying to go into this like myself from day one. But it will be bigger now, the villa will be better but I’m trying to go back to the same mentality I had back then.”
Love Island host Maya Jama recently told the Mirror she was thrilled to see Hannah in the line-up and can’t wait to meet her. Responding to the praise, Hannah said: “I’m so made up. I’m obsessed with all her outfits. She’s stunning, she seems like a down to earth, dead nice girl I’m sure me and her will have a ball. Thanks Maya! At the afterparty me and her will have a ball.”
