Another week, another GTA Online update, with the second one of the year packing an extra large treat in the form of the Albany Cavalcade XL, as well as a console-exclusive LS Car meet, and the usual discounts and bonuses.
Every Thursday, like clockwork, GTA Online gets its weekly update bringing rewards and various other bits of content to the game. The GTA Online weekly update usually goes live at 9am GMT / 4am EST / 1am PST but can roll out an hour or so later if there's been a small delay.
For those of you paying for GTA Plus – only available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S – there are monthly freebies to be had, and this month's GTA Plus benefits includes the Albany Cavalcade XL SUV for free, which would usually set you back $1,665,000. If you're on PC or just not a member, you can find the Albany Cavalcade XL SUV in GTA Online for sale at the Southern San Andreas Super Autos, and on display at the Luxury Autos Showroom. The Fathom FR36 (Coupe) is the second Luxury Autos Showroom vehicle you'll find in this week's update.
Other highlights of the GTA Online weekly update include triple GTA$ and RP on certain Community Series races and modes, and a 30% discount on the Ocelot Locust (Sports), Enus Cognoscenti 55 (Armored, Sedan), Invetero Coquette BlackFin (Muscle), Vysser Neo (Sports). I bet the GTA Plus member storage up in The Vinewood Club Garage is looking pretty appealing right now!
All of the content in this week's GTA Online weekly update will be live in-game until the next weekly update rolls out on Thursday, January 18.

We already gave the hefty Albany Cavalcade XL SUV a shoutout, and this is a brand-new vehicle in-game. If you have a GTA Plus membership, you can give it a makeover with the free Camo livery or new Chameleon Paints. Otherwise, it's $1,665,000 over at Southern San Andreas Super Autos.

This week's GTA Online Podium vehicle
Making time for a daily visit to Diamond Casino is worth your time, given the prizes you can win at the establishment's Lucky Wheel. One of the prizes up for grabs is the Podium car, which changes every week with the weekly GTA Online updates. This week's Podium vehicle is the Lampadati Tropos Rallye, which would otherwise cost you $816,000 at Southern San Andreas Super Autos.
You get one free spin on the Lucky Wheel per day – once you hand over $500 to the casino for that pleasure. There are a ton of other prizes up for grabs, including in-game cash, so you might just make your money back, even if you miss out on the Podium vehicle. The chance of striking lucky with Podium vehicles is 1 in 20 and given that it's a decent enough car (minus the understeer issues at speed), $500 isn't much to hand over for the chance to win it.

In terms of the GTA Online Gun Van location, if you're a GTA Online Plus member, the icon and location (which changes daily) will be a permanent feature on your in-game map.
