A crafty dad got revenge on his old work mate for sending dirty messages to his girlfriend - by squeezing into her thong and sending back a picture of his own bum. Ciaran Keating-Schindelka says his partner Shaleen Caldwell got a message at 2.35am on December 30 asking 'what's up?', before the messages turned filthy and 'gross'.
The 23-year-old instantly recognised the man, known only as Shaun*, as someone he used to work with so the cunning pair hatched a plan to 'embarrass' him. A screenshot shows how Shaleen, 21, replied with a low-angled photo of a bum in black thongs to which the 'creep' replied 'dam [sic], I want'.
Shaun didn't appear to realise it was actually 'giggling' Ciaran who had squeezed into Shaleen's underwear and posed for the provocative image. The prankster says Shaun even began outlining raunchy things he'd 'like to do to her' - oblivious to the scheme and that it was in fact his former work colleague Ciaran's bum.
When Ciaran sent an uncropped image that revealed his face while sticking his middle finger up before Shaun hastily removed his rude messages from the Facebook chat and blocked Shaleen. Ciaran has since joked 'it's quite a compliment' that Shaun enjoyed his pictures and admitted he was up for the prank 'right away' despite it being his girlfriend's idea.

Richard 'shuts up' GMB guest who says Hancock 'deserved' being called 'd***head'He even messaged Shaun from his own profile shortly after the prank to say 'heard you want my bouncy badonkadonk' and 'that's some serious goof s**t, messaging people at 2.35am'. The engineer claims he was never a fan of Shaun as he used to talk about women in an 'objectifying way' at work and he hopes the embarrassment will stop him sending filthy late night messages to people's partners.
Dad-of-one Ciaran posted the catfishing screenshot to Facebook where it's been liked more than 800 times and users have joked 'not all heroes wear capes... some wear underwear'. Shaleen, from Regina, Canada, said: "I know if anyone else slides into my DMs then Ciaran's got my back.
"I wasn't surprised he was happy to do it. I was the photographer and his poses were amazing. He looked good. The idea was just a spur-of-the-moment thing because we were bored but I'm glad I thought of it because it was pretty funny. I'm surprised [Shaun] was so pleased with the photos in the first place. His reactions were very quick and he was very keen.
"I hope we've taught him a lesson." Ciaran said: "He liked what I sent him so that's quite a compliment. When she showed me he'd sent her a message I told her I recognised the name because I'd worked with him. We just thought 'oh gross' and we laughed because he was pretty forward.
"He'd always talk about women in an objectifying way and would often go into detail about what he'd do if given the chance. It was her idea to send him a picture of my bum in her thong and she said it would throw him through a loop. I was up for it right away because I wanted to embarrass him and let him recognise me. I was fine with it.
"We were giggling so hard. When he said 'damn, I want' and sent that big paragraph we knew we had to reveal it was me. He immediately unsent all his messages, then blocked her right away, so he must have been really embarrassed about it. Hopefully he's stopped doing this now and hopefully I've done some good for the community.
"To anyone thinking of sending unsolicited messages like this, I'd say that nobody wants to see them unless they ask for them. Keep things to yourself. I hope this sends the message not to do this because someone might react like I did." Ciaran worked on New Years' Eve so was still awake at 2.30am as he and Shaleen were celebrating the occasion a day early.
His Facebook post said: "I was debating posting this, but we found it too funny. Me and my girlfriend were laying in bed when at 2:35 AM a guy I used to work with texted her. "She came up with the idea that I wear a pair of her underwear and we catfish him with my ass pic. This exchange ensued."
One commented: "You are a legend." A second said: "Not all heroes wear capes." Ciaran quipped back: "Some wear women's underwear!" A third joked: "If my ass was that fine I'd pull that trick too." Ciaran replied: "He seemed into it, for a moment haha." A fourth said: "The fact that he knows you makes this so much better. Surprise, d**khead."
