ITV Racing presenter Oli Bell reckons he has “a massive chance” of celebrating a victory with his own horse live on the channel on Saturday.
Bell is one of the group of friends who own Two For Gold who goes for the £100,000 Unibet Veterans Handicap Chase Final.
The Kim Bailey-trained 11-year-old has already won more than £260,000 for Bell and members of the Clancy family
And if he wins, Bell says, “We might have a Big Orange mark two.”
In 2017 the broadcaster memorably ran onto the track at Royal Ascot after Big Orange, trained by his uncle Michael Bell, landed the Gold Cup.

He later revealed that when meeting Queen Elizabeth II the following day asked him if he was “the lunatic that ran on the track yesterday”
Two For Gold qualified for the final with victory in a veterans series qualifier at Ascot.
“He bolted up in that race last year,” said Bell. “This looks much tougher and you could make a case for any number of runners, but to be honest I think Two For Gold will be hard to beat.

“His form is rock solid. He was a Grade 1 runner-up last year, he won the Winter Millions. He’s been an amazing horse for us.
“I’ve not been at the racecourse when he has won so I hope that curse can end.”
