Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might be reuniting with the Royal family.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will reunite with King Charles, according to Geo News. Royal expert Ingrid Seward told GB News that the couple "need the King and his blessing far more than the King needs them," and feels that they will be seeing him. Ingrid also said: "Obviously King Charles wants to see his son and his grandchildren, and last summer he apparently invited them to Balmoral, which they turned down."

The Mirror reached out to Harry and Meghan's reps for comment.

The Meghan and Harry enjoyed a family Christmas at home in California. According to sources, they had a lowkey holiday than the Royal family, who's 5,500 miles away in Sandringham, Norfolk.

The former royal spoke about his first Christmas without his family in his tell-all, Spare, which released earlier this year. He explained his and Meghan's first Christmas away from the royal family back in 2020 and how the pair bought a "magnificent" tree for their Montecito home. He added that they purchased "one of the biggest spruces" and decorated it with a very special ornament that paid tribute to his family in the UK.

The last time the Sussexes spent Christmas with the Royals was in 2018, before they had Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Harry and Meghan are said to have joined the late Queen Elizabeth II for her annual lunch at Buckingham Palace on December 19 that year. It came seven months after the couple had got married in their royal wedding.

Princess Diana’s confidant Paul Burrell exclusively told The Mirror in September that there was no chance Harry would visit his dad King Charles III without permission.

Burrell said Harry "knows the rules" and won’t make an attempt to see his family without a formal invitation. "He knows the regulations, he knows the protocols," Burrell says. "He knows that even though he could probably drive up to Kensington Palace and go through the police because he's a prince. And he could probably knock on Kate and William's door. But he knows that's not what he should do. Because he won't go anywhere near a royal residence and he will not bother the Royals unless he's invited in."
