This week Kourtney Kardashian detailed her post-pregnancy workout plan as she's hitting the gym again after welcoming her fourth baby Rocky Thirteen Barker.
The Kardashians star took to Instagram sharing a look into what her new life is like two months after she gave birth to her first son with her husband Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. In an Instagram story, the 44-year-old reality star posted a black-and-white video that showcased her breaking a sweat on the treadmill. Kourtney captioned the clip: "Seven weeks postpartum: First day in the gym."
The mother of four explained that her plan to tackle the weight was to do 30 minutes talking on the treadmill at a pace of 3.0 with a steep incline of 12 inches. The new mum urged that it is important to be gentle with yourself during the process of losing weight. She wrote: "Taking it easy, no rush to pressure mamas, your body is healing, it’s not a race.”

Since then, Kourtney has been shying away from the public eye as she has yet to post a snap of her new baby with her fans on social media. PR Strategist Laura Perkes told The Mirror that since much of her life has been on full-display for the world, it seems as though Kourtney "wants to enjoy those newborn baby moments with Travis in their own private bubble from the prying eyes of the press and the public."

The month leading up to Kourtney's pregnancy was turbulent as the TV personality was rushed into emergency fetal surgery to save her baby's life. When her husband Travis heard the news he immediately cancelled his overseas shows to be by his wife's side. Luckily, the surgery went smoothly and Kourtney was able to safely deliver her healthy baby boy shortly after.
Following Rocky's birth, a source close to the new parents revealed that the pair are very in love and are wrapped in their own world together. The insider told Life & Style: "Kourtney is so in love," and continued: "There hasn’t been one minute when she hasn’t thanked her lucky stars that her baby is here and healthy.”
