Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka have broken up over their different outlooks on family, say reports.
It all started when fans were sleuthing and realized they weren't posting on social media with each other. With less photos to look at, fans felt their connection may have been fading. He then stopped making public appearances which only further solidified the speculation.
Now, it was reported that the pair are over by an insider. The source told Page Six: “He wants to have a family. That’s not where she is at." Thus, their seven year long relationship came to a heartbreaking close as the dancer wants something different in life.

Bryan's desire for children right now is not unusual as the pair have a 14 year age difference between them. Mariah, 54, also already has two children while Bryan, 40, does not. Mariah shares her children, Moroccan and Monroe, with her ex-husband Nick Cannon. As a result, Bryan has his eyes on something new. The source said: “He wants to start having his own life."
Kim Kardashian goes viral as she teams up with Mariah Carey for 'iconic' videoThe news comes after Mariah told People that she had a tough year. Mariah was reflecting on last year's Christmas and the difficulties that came with it. She explained: “I've been looking forward to this Christmas for, like, the whole year. Since last year—because last year wasn't the greatest. I'm thankful for them all, but it wasn't my most fun version of Christmas ever.”
Thankfully, that wish is coming true for Mariah who kicked off the holiday season with her Merry Christmas One and All! tour in November. The tour includes her special rendition of All I Want For Christmas, but it excludes her former boyfriend. Bryan was noticeably absent from her choreography, further confirming the trouble in paradise.
Mariah and Bryan split previously in 2017, but they clearly couldn't stay away from each other because they linked back up. Whether or not this breakup will be permanent is up for speculation. Nonetheless, Mariah is continuing with her tour and even recently met up with Kim Kardashian backstage who brought her family.
