The Prince and Princess of Wales have released their Christmas card - a black and white photo of them and their three children wearing similar outfits.
The photograph shows Prince William with his wife Catherine, sons Prince George and Prince Louis, and daughter Princess Charlotte smiling as they look at the camera. They all wear black trousers and shoes, and white shirts.
In the image, Catherine, William and George can be seen standing in the background, with the Princess standing between her husband and her eldest son. Louis stands in front of William, who puts his right hand on his shoulder.
Charlotte, the couple's middle child, sits on a chair in front of her mum, and smiles to the camera just like the rest of the family. The image was taken by photographer Josh Shinner in Windsor earlier this year.
A statement released on behalf of Kate and William said: "The Prince and Princess of Wales are very pleased to share a new photograph of their family. The photograph, which features on Their Royal Highnesses’ Christmas card this year, was taken by the photographer Josh Shinner earlier this year and shows The Prince and Princess with their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis in Windsor."
Kate Middleton swears by £19.99 rosehip oil that helps 'reduce wrinkles & scars'The King and Queen chose a Coronation Day photo taken at Buckingham Palace for their Christmas card this year. The image shows Charles and Camilla in the palace throne room following the Coronation in May.
Taken by photographer Hugo Burnand, it captures the couple standing side-by-side, with Charles wearing the Imperial State Crown and Camilla wearing Queen Mary's Crown. The King is also pictured wearing a coronation tunic and the robe of estate.
Made of purple silk velvet embroidered in gold, the robe was worn by King George VI in 1937. The Queen is wearing her robe of estate made by Ede and Ravenscroft and designed and hand embroidered by the Royal School of Needlework. She also wears her coronation dress designed by Bruce Oldfield.
The image - taken on the day of the coronation, May 6 2023 - has been selected for the couple's second Christmas card since Charles became King. Christmas images used to decorate official festive cards are regularly released by senior members of the royal family with the cards sent to friends, family and colleagues.
Ahead of Christmas 2022, Kate and William shared a photo of them holding hands with their three children during a walk in Norfolk. William, dressed in jeans, trainers and a navy shirt, featured on the left side of the snap holding hands with eldest son George, nine, who also wore trainers, shorts and a sky blue polo shirt.
In the middle of the shot was Charlotte, seven, who flashed a toothy grin as she wore a denim-style playsuit and trainers and walked next to her younger brother. Louis wore a striped polo shirt and shorts as he clutched the hand of mum Kate, who looked stylish in blue skinny jeans, white trainers and a white blouse.
The photo was taken by photographer Matt Porteous, who has snapped many pictures of William and Kate and their family in the past. In a message, Kensington Palace said: "The Prince and Princess of Wales are delighted to share a new photograph of their family.
"The photograph, which features on Their Royal Highnesses' Christmas card this year, was taken by the photographer Matt Porteous earlier this year and shows The Prince and Princess with their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis in Norfolk."
