Former The Only Way Is Essex star James Argent was left embarrassed after his phone went off during an interview on ITV's This Morning.
The star, 35, who sported his incredible weight-loss in a teal velvet blazer teamed with a white shirt and black trousers, appeared on the show to talk about his upcoming cooking show with professional chefs. Sat on the sofa with hosts Rylan Clark and Emma Willis, James, who is better known to viewers as Arg, was in the midst of talking about his experience on Celebrity Cooking School.
He started off the interview saying: "I'm a bit of a fan of Giorgio Locatelli as well, who is like a cool, a cool Italian chef. It was great to actually be able to learn from him. I actually done pretty well." Emma then asked him if he has now transferred his skills into his day to day life, to which he replied: "I am yeah. No more takeaway, microwaveable meals."
And it was at this point that James' phone started ringing, which prompted Rylan to quip: "Oh turn your phone off James." And Emma chimed in saying: "Absolute professional." In response, the TV personality, who has recently split with his girlfriend Stella Turian, explained: "Oh I'm going to get in trouble. I'm so sorry I thought it was on silent."
Keen to bring it back to the subject matter of the cooking show, he went on to say: "Yeah no, it was a fun show to do." Arg, who lost the staggering amount of weight after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery, appeared in great spirits during the interview.

Speaking to the MailOnline, he recently said: "I have been through a hell of a lot, and it's taken a lot to get to the place where I am now. There are days where I still struggle and feel down but now, I have the tools to use when I am going through those difficult times. I am well over a year clean and sober, which is the most important thing. I've got all my weight off, I'm no longer binge eating or overeating, and I'm surrounding myself with good positive people and doing positive things."
