I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! viewers were left baffled on Sunday's episode as the camp issued a bizarre demand to Nigel Farage.

Sunbathing in camp, Farage, 59, took his top off to sunbathe too as Josie Gibson quipped: "Cor Nige, look at that bod, it’s coming on. All those water runs. Two more weeks in here and I reckon you could have a six-pack." To which Fred Sirieix added: "Nigel, you are also taking the sun. Got sunglasses, taking the sun, hairy chest out, all you need is a medallion around your chest. Nigel, you could have a medallion with a B - Brexit. Gold, with diamonds."

Fred then quietly asked Marvin Humes: "Has Nigel got a nipple piercing on his left nipple?" to which Marvin shouted over to Farage: "Nigel, have you got a nipple piercing?" Farage laughed: "What are you talking about? Of course, I f***ing haven’t."

Danielle Harold then joked: "Nige, I would love it if you have your nipple pierced… There’s a piercing shop near us when we go back" as Farage insisted: "I’m not b****y going!"

Viewers were left both baffled and in hysterics over the scenes, taking to Twitter, now X, to share their thoughts. One person said: "Nigel Farage sunbathing in the middle of the Australian jungle on national TV whilst being questioned if he would get a nipple piercing was not on my 2023 bingo card #ImACeleb" while a different account put: "Not them thinking Nigel Farage has a nipple piercing #imaceleb" with crying emojis.

Elsewhere, one person said: "Excuse me? LOOOOL! Not a nipple piercing #ImACeleb", a different account put: "nipple piercing lmao #Imaceleb #Imacelebrity" while another show watcher added: "Love that Marvin just asked Nigel if he had a nipple piercing #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity" with crying laughing emojis.

It comes as Frankie Dettori is the third celebrity to leave the programme after food critic Grace Dent walked out before American singer and actress Jamie Lynn Spears quit on medical grounds before flying back to San Francisco. The jockey, 52, arrived as a late entry on the show alongside ex-boxer Tony Bellew, but he failed to make a big impression on the series. He managed the lowest number of votes and therefore had to leave camp on Sunday's episode.
