Prince Harry and Meghan Markle likely wouldn't be welcomed into the Royal Family over Christmas despite speculation that they could accept an invite.
There's rumours that the the family could reunite, but there's now further speculation that it's rather unlikely. A source has said: "It's so bizarre to have behaved so badly, demanded an apology and an admission of 'guilt' - to no avail, I might add - from the family and now suggest they'll just waltz back in and allow bygones to be bygones if only someone would be good enough invite them."
The source comments come after a friend of Harry's said the couple "would love to" spend Christmas in the UK as Charles has never been with their children Archie and Lilibet during the festive season. The couple last had a family festive get-together in 2018 at Sandringham prior to them leaving the UK and moving to the US.

"Could it be that they have realised moaning about how awful being a member of the Royal Family is, isn't such a great strategy after all?" The source also noted that any invitation to Meghan and Harry would not be welcomed by senior royals.
Meghan and Harry's relationship with the Royal Family has been really tense in recent years after they stepped back from The Firm in 2020. Since leaving the UK, the couple have made a number of explosive claims about their time in the Royal Family.
Speaking in their bombshell Netflix docuseries, Harry hit out at his brother Prince William and claimed the Prince of Wales "screamed and shouted" at him during the infamous Sandringham Summit. Harry claimed the encounter left him "terrified".
The Duke of Sussex also hit out at his father King Charles. However, it seems as though relationships with the Royal Family are getting better.
Harry contacted his father on the King's 75th birthday, calling him from his California home and also showed Charles a video of Archie and Lilibet singing Happy Birthday, which sources close to the Sussexes say is as a "turning point".
