British rapper Stormzy has give a rare insight into his relationship with TV presenter Maya Jama, after the pair confirmed they'd rekindled their romance.
The couple, who had a difficult break up in 2019, were pictured on holiday together this summer sparking rumours that they might be dating again. Whilst neither would confirm at the time, the couple were seen walking around Hydra in Greece holding hands and looking blissfully loved up.
The couple, who first met in 2014, had previously split in 2019 as the the two of them went their separate ways and dated other people as well as focusing on their careers. At the time they claimed the breakup was amicable until the presenter unfollowed Stormzy amid allegations he'd cheated on her - which he has always denied
At the time of the interview with British Vogue, the pair had been spotted holidaying together and in October confirmed their romance was back on. Stormzy opened up in his feature interview as he revealed things are different this time, and would hopefully not end in heartbreak.
Speaking in his interview, Stormzy explained: "We were so public the first time round. Somewhere down the line my spirit started resisting…So I’m not gonna speak on it."The star then cheekily commented on the snaps from the summer confirming he and Maya were back together, as he added: "We were just living la vida loca. Lapse of judgement for an hour!"
