Erica Herman, the former girlfriend of Tiger Woods, has dropped a lawsuit against the 82-time PGA Tour winner, after admitting she was never a victim of sexual abuse.

Court documents from Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal per People revealed Herman was, "never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents and it is her position that she never asserted a claim for such."

In March of this year, the former restaurant manager filed a lawsuit against the 15-time major champion in a bid to end a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) she had signed when the pair started dating in 2017.
